Our Commercial Supply Chain department is seeking an SAP subject matter expert to join us for a 12 month fixed-term placement as a Project Lead. This role will be responsible for key projects taking place within our JANZ Commercial Supply Chain function during 2025-2026.

Reporting to the Director Supply Chain - Australia this opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong Project Management experience —who bring a proactive mindset, strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving successful project based outcomes from inception to completion. With the right attitude and ability to hit the ground running, you’ll thrive as part of our supportive and collaborative team, helping to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the project of transitioning SAP software from GEP to S4 HANNA across the JANZ region.
• Provide leadership and take responsibility for the scope, budget, risk mitigation, schedule, project team and business communications regarding designated projects.
• Full ownership in the onboarding of the S4 HANNA software to all internal stakeholders including roll out, training, SOP and work instruction generation.
• Create project management plans that define the project scope and key deliverables and timeframes.
• Track progress to completion through applied metrics.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the project is managed consistent with timelines and to the expectations of the business.
• Delegate responsibilities to the relevant personal.
• Prepare insightful reports on project progress and conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Optimise supply Chain processes in SAP S4 HANNA.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in leading projects is critical
• Subject matter expert in GEP SAP and S4 HANNA is required.
• Experience in OTC, P2S and P2P is required for successful management of role responsibilities.
• Proven ability in effective decision making and ownership of deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel is highly desirable.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (or appropriate Visa holder)
