POSITION
As the HR Administrator, you will provide support to ensure efficient human resources operations of the production facility. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to work collaboratively with various managers and employees providing excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
General administrative duties including: answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing outgoing mail, distributing incoming mail, order office supplies, maintain an organized filing system for various documents, etc.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
In collaboration with the HR Generalist, the HR/Office Administrator will assist with various Human Resources activities including employee application intake, HRIS data entry, and new employee orientation.
Work closely with the Director of Human Resources and Plant Manager to resolve personnel issues.
In collaboration with the Director of Human Resources and EHS Supervisor assist in the injury reporting process for the Chino location.
Work closely with the Operation Recruiter to ensure the plant is fully staffed.
Other duties as assigned.
