Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions.

Address IT issues from the Help Desk ticket assigned.

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software.

Image and Reimage desktop and laptop computers using Microsoft System Center.

Communicate with employees on replacement or upgrades to the current system. Research simple to complex troubleshooting techniques.

Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.

Be familiar with Windows 10 and Office 2016 and 365.

Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding desktop problems.
