Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Effectiveness Associate to join our commercial excellence department. This role will focus on optimizing the effectiveness of our sales and marketing operations while ensuring smooth management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will play a critical role in improving sales processes, analyzing marketing campaigns, and helping us leverage CRM data to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (Salesforce, etc.), ensuring that customer data is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
- Train and support the sales teams on CRM best practices, usage, and new features.
- Analyze CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the segmentation and targeting of customer lists for personalized marketing and sales campaigns.
- Provides first-line system user support
- Provides daily support to the users, by phone or email, or by partnering with the IS department to provide solutions to the users having issues
- Delivers training to new sales team members on the CRM functionality
- Responsible of planning and controlling the implementation of all CRM initiatives from global to local
- Collaborate with global team (IS, Global CRM team….) to drive best practices and process improvement
Sales & Marketing Effectiveness:
- Support the development, execution, and tracking of sales metrics and marketing campaigns to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance sales efficiency.
- Support to conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales and marketing workflows.
- Support the salesforce effectiveness (SFE) operations and process (Sizing, territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation….)
- Contribute and support on the Omnichannel engagement strategy implementation
- Support the Commercial Excellence lead on the different projects related to commercial excellence (Sales & Marketing effectiveness, digital..)
- Ensure that all relevant documents and tasks related to Commercial Excellence projects are uploaded and archiving on the system (MS Teams, SharePoint….)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing effectiveness, CRM management, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes, metrics, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sales analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
