The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about building exceptional candidate experiences and supporting fast-growing teams. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Nominal, you’ll be at the center of our hiring process, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure every candidate has a smooth, well-organized, and thoughtful journey from first conversation to offer. You’ll manage interview scheduling, streamline communication, and help refine how we present Nominal to the outside world. You’ll play a critical role in helping us grow the team that is accelerating the development of the world’s most advanced hardware systems, including spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, and next-generation industrial machines.
