We’re looking for a UK Inclusion Lead - an experienced Inclusion expert – to drive our inclusion strategy across the UK, helping us continue to build an inclusive culture where different perspectives and experiences help unlock the full potential of the organisation.
Your Purpose
As the UK Inclusion Lead, you will be the strategic connector between GSK’s Global inclusion agenda and the UK business. You’ll play a key role in embedding our inclusion principles of fairness, belonging, and opportunity across all parts of our UK organisation - from manufacturing and production sites to our head office and senior leadership teams.
Based in London, and reporting to the UK HR Country Head, you’ll partner closely with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), business leaders, and external partners to strengthen our culture, build confidence and capability around inclusion, and ensure our approach remains forward-looking, data-informed, and impactful.
Your purpose is to help every employee in GSK UK feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
