We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth and customer retention through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies and campaigns. In addition to cross-selling and up-selling, this role will involve supporting various marketing and customer engagement initiatives to ensure overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic cross-selling and up-selling plans to maximize revenue and reduce churn of existing customers.

· Work with product marketing to tailor product recommendations that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.

· Work cross-departmentally with customer sales executives and customer success managers (Advisors) to understand customer needs and identify sales enablement marketing needs.

· Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

· Conduct outreach to customers for case studies and customer references, coordinating all necessary elements.

· Support overall marketing department with tasks including, but not limited to, setting up Gong flows, creating and sending campaign emails, and creating landing pages.

· Organize and execute webinars, lunch & learns, and customer group demos, including managing zoom questionnaires, website updates, email builds and sends, Salesforce campaigns, and collaborating with Revenue Operations on marketing automation items.

· Own G2 and Capterra presence, including sourcing reviews and strategizing on leveraging these relationships.

· Support product marketing and partner marketing initiatives, as needed.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 5+ years, B2B SaaS marketing experience.

· Demonstrated success developing cross-selling and up-selling campaigns.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Familiarity with Monday.com, Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar technologies
