The Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology Solutions (AEGIS) program is looking for a Project Manager supporting the Director of Enterprise Services. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the AEGIS Enterprise Services Group in the execution, development, and growth to support program and customer growth and development. The Project Manager will be working with a multi-disciplined team of network, software, and systems engineers. Project Manager will be responsible to assist with planning, executing, and coordinating of one or more projects across multiple Service Lines.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provides direct support to the AEGIS Enterprise Services Director for execution and tracking of multiple project/initiatives throughout the Service Line.
• Collaborate with customers, Service Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Project Managers to prioritize existing and developing projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with all stakeholders and AEGIS Senior management.
• Support coordination and prepare for daily, weekly, and ad hoc meetings, to include development of agendas, meeting minutes, and action items
• Provide oversight of all projects to ensure milestones are met
• Identify and document project risks
• Will collaborate with engineers, coordinators, and technicians to plan and manage the design, implementation, and documentation of all changes made to the network.
• The Project Manager will have no personnel responsibility.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong customer focus, ability to support team leadership, and establish strong, collaborative working relationships with government customers, technical staff, senior managers, and peers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to obtain a Public Trust, US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management experience and/or certification
