About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & Trade Planning Manager to join our Sales Business Development Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Marketing to develop sales strategies, manage forecasting, and optimize trade spend to drive revenue growth. You'll also oversee pricing, promotion planning, and the use of sales systems to support key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve business goals. Areas of responsibility include:

You provide leadership and guidance to sales teams, driving revenue growth while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales and trade targets. Analytical and solutions-focused, you synthesize industry, customer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and turn organizational objectives into actionable solutions. You thrive under pressure, delivering results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining clear communication tailored to your audience. Organized and disciplined, you take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and hold yourself and others accountable to achieve ambitious growth goals.
