Overview

This individual will be responsible for IT Software Trainer providing expert knowledge, skill and ability in developing training on HRSA supported applications and hardware and maintain the training classrooms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of classroom teaching experience, of which at least five years must be specialized in Information Technology
  • Project development from inception to deployment
  • Excellent & verifiable student reviews/evaluations
  • Minimum of at least 5 years previous help desk support
  • Consulting experience including developing custom training solutions
  • Interpersonal skills - Ability to work collegially with personnel from diverse backgrounds and skills levels
  • Lesson Planning - Expert knowledge of lesson planning procedures, identifying and writing
  • Microsoft Certified (MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA, MCTS, MCITP, MCT (active)) (substitution of job experience applicable)
