Role Overview

Enterprise IT is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Global Finance Value Team, focusing on the Order to Cash (OTC) process.

As a Technical Scrum Master for the Finance Order to Cash Value team, you will facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and enhancements. You will manage the application lifecycle support operations, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget goals. Your role bridges technical understanding with Agile project management to drive value delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects and medium-sized enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment with business needs, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and support the team in all project phases.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; maintain clear documentation of mitigation plans and project status.
  • Support project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis, ensuring projects deliver value within budget.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Product Line Leads to prioritize and refine the product backlog, focusing on delivering high-value features.
  • Understand the technical aspects of projects sufficiently to guide the team, communicate effectively with developers, and anticipate technical challenges.
  • Foster continuous improvement in Agile practices and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes and relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in technical project management with strong Agile and Scrum knowledge.
  • Proven experience working with IT teams and business process design, preferably in finance or Order to Cash domains.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management and Agile tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and identify root causes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong business acumen and a willingness to learn evolving technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile and/or Product Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with Order to Cash business processes and SAP integration.
  • Background in Life Sciences or Pharma industries is a plus.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and outsourced support organizations.

  • Internal rewards and referral programs.
  • Generous leave policies including 5 weeks annual leave, sick leave above statutory requirements, volunteering hours, and parental benefits.
  • Tax-free benefits via cafeteria program (meal vouchers, transport, sports, culture, health, travel, etc.) and Multisport Card.
  • Discounts with Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora and more.
