Your New Role...

リテールチームは 、ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京 / ハリー・ポッター ショップ 原宿 / ハリー・ポッター ショップ 赤坂において、リテール店舗、倉庫などの収益サポート活動を管理し、すべての収益業務にわたって常に最高、最適なレベルのサービスを提供していく部署です。

その中でもVMDチームは、季節や商品企画に応じた商品の展開場所の変更、店舗ディスプレイを行い、維持し、ビジターの販売促進につながるよう“Exceed Expectation”に貢献しています。

Your Role Accountabilities...

■VMDディスプレイ業務

• キャンペーン立ち上げ時に、商品知識をアップデートし、商品展開変更、Windowディスプレイのプランニングを行う。
• キャンペーンのセットをオペレーションチーム協力のもと行う。
• チームと一緒に毎日のブリーフィングに参加し、部門とビジネス内のすべての活動に注意を払うこと。

■店舗クオリティの維持

• それぞれの店舗において、お客様を最高のコンディションで迎えられるよう、日々のメンテナンスを行う。
• 商品状況に合わせて、日々店舗内の商品展開場所の変更、ディスプレイの変更を行う。
• オペレーションチームと連携したショー運営

■安全管理

• 商品と包装備品などの効率的な取り扱いを行い、資産の損失を最小限に維持すること。
• VMD備品整理整頓、管理、作業の効率を図ることで、事故を無くす。

■育成業務

• お客様のニーズに応え、最適なサービスを提供し、高いビジュアルレベルを維持できるよう、スタッフトレーニングに参加すること。

■運営業務

• 営業時間店舗に立つ場合は、常に接客最優先。
• ガイドラインの基準に従い、すべてのスキーム、グラフィック、機器が正しく使用され、店舗が最高水準のビジュアルマーチャンダイズされていることを確認すること。
• 商品知識を常にアップデートし、商品の特徴やメリットについて自信をもってお客様に説明する

•    自己成長に向けた継続的な学習および、チームリーダーとの1on1 を通じた目標設定と課題改善による成長支援
 

Qualifications & Experiences...

• VMD知識がある方
• リテール業界、アパレル業界での経験
• 接客業の経験
• 日本語によるトレーニングを通じ、知識・手順を習得できること
• 基本的な PC スキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
   

歓迎スキル：

• VMD職経験者
• 外国語でのコミュニケーション能力（英語、中国語等）

求める人物像：

• VMDが好きな方
• 接客業が好きな方
• チームで働くのが好きな方
• ハリー・ポッターの世界観を楽しみ、来場者に魅力を伝えられる方

労働条件：

• 勤務時間：6:30〜23:00 の間でのシフト制
• 月間変形労働制（週 37.5 時間を目安／最大週 45 時間）
• VMDは豊島園、原宿ともに管轄するため、両店舗に6:30出勤（制服に着替えて作業開始できる状況）可能な方
• シフトは 1 ヵ月単位で作成
• 深夜作業あり（平均月1~2回程度）
• 立ち仕事・歩行を伴う業務、重いものの移動、大工作業、狭いWindow内での作業、脚立での作業あり
• 大勢の前で話す、大きな声で連続して話す業務あり
• シフト制のため週末勤務あり
• 土日祝や繁忙期（年末年始、GW、学校休暇期間）は勤務が多くなります
