工作职责概述：

在装配上独立工作的能力。承担其中一项任务，如挤出，切割，装配，包装等。

工作职责：
1、按照标准生产指导书，进行挤出，切割，装配，包装等工作。
2. 发现问题并及时向运营或团队领导汇报，并积极与相关人员合作分析根本原因。并根据要求采取措施，以避免类似问题再次发生。
3. 根据安全作业说明进行 PPE 穿戴和工作安全确认。
4. 按计划和节拍进行生产，并不断提高效率。
5. 保持工作区域干净整洁，并按要求完成 5S。
6. 配合组长执行 TPM（Total Productivity Maintenance）。
7. 按要求积极参加各种培训并通过考试。
8. 主动提出改进建议。
9. 遵守公司规章制度。
任职要求
1. 高中或中专以上学历。
2. 为人正直，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
3. 对5S和TPM有良好的意识。
4. 较强的学习能力和动手能力。良好的改进意识。
5. 接受中班和夜班（8 小时）。

6.会识图和使用基本的测量工具
