PATH is seeking qualified leaders to join our Permanent Supportive Services team as an Associate Director. This position will oversee the scattered-site ICMS programs in Los Angeles, California, and will be based out of our main office on Madison Avenue.
ABOUT OUR ICMS PROGRAMS
PATH’s Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) Programs provide services to individuals experiencing homelessness with chronic medical conditions and co-occurring disorders and who are high utilizers or the Department of Health Services (DHS) hospital and outpatient system.
WHAT IS AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
The Associate Director works under the supervision of the director to oversee programmatic operations. The Associate Director will be responsible for leading, directing, and supervising program managers, team supervisors, and direct service staff. In collaboration with the Director, the Associate Director supports with the monitoring and designing of programs which include developing budgets, contributing to grant proposals, developing programmatic workflows, program evaluation, and financial reporting.
