Job Description

Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures.

This position is within our Digital Receivables & Healthcare Product team and will manage the resources and strategy for C2B (Consumer to Business) Product portfolio. C2B Product portfolio includes Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment and eLockbox solutions. We value collaboration and work closely with our partners in technology, sales, client service, operations, marketing and finance to deliver cohesive experiences from initial customer impressions to post-sale production support. We also manage vendor relationships and are involved in industry workgroups and activities.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a product management role.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing C2B Product portfolio
  • Experience with industry leading EBPP fintech solution providers.
  • Strategize across the Receivables product team to deliver modern, scalable solutions to the market
  • Perform product management activities for an existing solution and manage a growing P&L
  • Technical knowledge with experience in software development or solution design. Agile background preferred.
  • Proven ability to complete and deliver projects and initiatives successfully.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams

Hybrid/flexible schedule:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $145,180.00 - $170,800.00 - $187,880.00
