Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Show creativity in managing and driving successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead project planning and execution. - Ensure project goals are met within the specified timelines. - Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
