Key responsibilities:
• Experience in Business Analysis of Oracle suite of applications. 
• Develop solution in accordance with the application standards.
• Liaise with users for the development, testing, and implementation of reports/ forms/ modules.
• Manage and lead client engagements, ensuring successful project execution within budget and 
timelines.
• Working with Functional Consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business 
requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and system 
integrators, to deliver seamless project implementation.
• Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client 
• Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the 
client as well as industry 
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge base to 
provide clients with cutting-edge insights.
Required Experience: 
• Experience of leading cross functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
Educational qualifications
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management 
(PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
