What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where the individual will provide strategy support in support of organizational and mission goals, and support transformation initiatives for large-scale programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop operating concepts, operations models, and governance models

  • Facilitate client meetings, interviews or work groups around key topics such as: strategy, organization structure, people, process, governance, and technology

  • Work collaboratively in a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operations

  • Work with diverse stakeholder to drive towards consensus

  • Lead the development of work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client implementation

  • Develop business process improvements to existing programs

  • Provide change management recommendations to clients

  • Conduct change management activities

  • Develop and facilitate trainings

  • Develop communications and executive presentations for agency leadership

  • Assume responsibility for managing senior level clients


What You Will Need:

  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to receive a DHS Public Trust

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience doing strategy, communications, or change management work


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certified Change Management Professional Certification

  • Master's Degree in related field

  • 3+ years of professional related experience in strategy, communications, and change management

  • 2+ years of experience in Federal Consulting or working with Federal Agencies

  • Proven ability to embrace change and lead continuous improvement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team.

  • Experience working with senior and executive leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
