Job Description Summary:
Reports to Senior Director, Franchise Operations, Eastern Cluster
We are seeking a Director, Franchise Operations, to serve as the End‑to‑End Orchestrator for the Franchise Operations team and a senior leader in partnership with our bottling partner(s). This role operates horizontally across the Franchise and system, ensuring strong alignment across Commercial, Marketing, RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Insights.
This role serves as the primary integrator for the GM’s commercial agenda, providing leadership oversight, connectivity, and execution discipline across functions and the bottler. The Director is accountable for ensuring priorities are aligned, resources are in place, and plans are translated into consistent results.
This position blends Franchise Operations leadership with enterprise thinking, cross‑functional partnership, and disciplined integration of plans, priorities, and budgets. The mandate is to deliver near‑term commercial impact while advancing capabilities, processes, and operating rigor that enable sustainable, long‑term growth.
