The Opportunity

This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD Division.

As the Logistic specialist, you’ll be maintaining the ordering, supply, warehousing and delivery process in Ukraine and Moldova to ensure product availability.

What You’ll Do

• Process customers’ orders and payments

• Maintain the ordering, supply, warehousing and delivery process to ensure product availability.

• Monitor, control and coordinate picking and packing process at 6PCL/BWH

• SAP -Handle product complaints for damaged/expired products as well as shortages/surplus products; handle overall customer complaints in order to achieve high standard of customer service level

• Report & track transportation claims

• Support LDM/RA/QA in QA issues as solving labelling issues, product quality issues, product claim

• Track timely payments. Control customers` credit situation

• Maintain reporting on customers’ exchange losses compensation process

• Process Credit Notes in acc. with approved procedures.

• Handle 3rd PDD for customers /BWH holder and maintain database at corresponding portal

• Handle customers/Bonded Warehouse Agreements/Addendums

Requirements:

• Education: University degree preferably in Economics/technical field;

• Strong computer skills MS Windows, Excel;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• English language upper- intermediate level;

• Service and results orientated;

• Accurate and punctual;

• Confidential and trustworthy, open and honest;

• Highest level of accuracy, particularly in work with numbers.

• Able to perform in strict deadlines;
