Location: Remote with up to 50% travel to client location

Overview: Manages and coordinates for large to complex contracts the work activities throughout the life cycle of a specific project or wider ranging program to ensure defined performance, schedule, cost objectives and customer/client needs and requirements are met. Participates in business development activities. Manages operational budget.

Responsible for the offerings and Go-To-Market strategy, developing and maintaining our internal & external plans, creating strategic alliances & partnerships, building and maintaining partner/market relationships to grow our overall market positioning and reputation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the offerings and Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on specific areas to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of internal and external strategic plans for offerings and alliances.
  • Support the establishment and management of strategic alliances and partnerships, contributing to negotiation and agreement processes.
  • Cultivate partner and market relationships to enhance market positioning and reputation.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the analysis of market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Other Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) or Certified Business Leader (CBL) are a plus
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional development.
  • Contribute to tracking and reporting on key performance metrics and KPIs related to offerings and alliances.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, team management, and business development.
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

    Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
