Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 (On Target Earning)

The Opportunity

As a Senior CTV Technical Account Manager, you will be a strategic technical liaison driving partner success, technical integrations, and strategic value for Kargo's Connected TV advertising ecosystem. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-centric relationship management, ensuring optimal performance, strategic alignment, and long-term partnership growth.

The Daily To-Do

  • Partner Technical Enablement
    • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with CTV publishers and technology partners
    • Lead technical integrations with playout and SSAI partners
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical integration challenges
    • Develop and maintain technical partnership roadmaps
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product, engineering, campaign management, and sales teams
    • Translate technical insights into actionable business strategies
    • Serve as a strategic bridge between internal teams and external partners
    • Escalate and resolve critical technical blocking issues
  • Strategic Insights & Innovation
    • Conduct technical assessments and partnership evaluations
    • Identify new capabilities and technical requirements
    • Provide implementation recommendations to internal teams
    • Develop comprehensive technical solutions for partner challenges

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in ad-tech, media technology, or technical account management
  • Deep understanding of CTV ecosystem and digital advertising technologies
  • Strong API integration and technical problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking regarding people, process, and technology challenges
  • Excellent communication across technical and business domains
  • Ability to collaborate within a team to deliver world-class service
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
