About Us - Professional Support

What You’ll Do

• Positively impacting the patient experience through enhanced clear, respectful and effective communication skills inclusive of listening carefully to patients.
• Ensure patient needs are met safely, equitably and reliably with sincere behavior.
• Active engagement in creating environment of safety for patients, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

1-2 years insurance billing/coding experience either in a physician's office or hospital department preferred
