JUNIOR SHOPPER ACTIVATION MANAGER


Scope
As a Junior Shopper Activation Manager you will play a key role in developing innovative shopper marketing and category management strategies in close collaboration with the Key Account Managers and the Brand Activation Manager in Poland. In this role you will have the opportunity to directly impact the brand's visibility in the market and have a positive influence on the product sales and at the same time develop your technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • You design the trade marketing, shopper marketing plan and category management strategy for your key customers in collaboration with the relevant key accounts manager and the brand activation manager Poland.
  • You are also responsible for channel-specific implementation of national marketing activities with the best ROI. This includes development of POS materials, layouts for leaflets/ retailer's magazines and other random promotions.
  • You will analyze market trends, & shopper insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. In addition you will provide insights and recommendations for future activations based on data analysis.
  • You will organize and implement customer events, trade fairs, as well as internal and external events are part of your area of responsibility. You will collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and materials for campaigns and events.
  • You will oversee e-commerce activations, working closely with online retailers to optimize product listings, promotional campaigns & to create engaging and innovative shopper experiences online.
  • You will be responsible for the budget allocation and management for shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • You are responsible for the samples management & shipment to the Trade & Business Partners as well as the management of marketing goods in the office warehouse.
  • You will also track what competition does in terms of brand activations in the different retailers and distributors.
  • You will be responsible for the budget allocation and management for shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • You are responsible of having all product data base maintained like Brand Bank & Wisebase.
  • You will be responsible for updating and supporting consumer care.

Profile

  • You have 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing in FMCG or another fast-paced industry, ideally in Shopper Activation Trade Marketing
  • You have very good project management skills as well as good analytical and communication skills
  • You have a hands on approach, enjoy operational tasks, are a stress resistant personality who can make the impossible possible and enjoys working in a fast-changing environment
  • You are a team-player with a strong hands-on mentality, and a flexible working style
  • Mother tongue Polish, Fluent in English
