About the Role

This role is responsible for designing and executing a marketing technology roadmap that will enable AIA Philippines’ customer initiatives and campaigns.

The individual holding this role will be expected to work with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and technology partners to build capabilities that will allow lead capture, nurturing and distribution, lead traceability, triggered customer journeys, automated communications, digitized customer campaign execution, and end to end results tracking,

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify the marketing technology stack required to enable the seamless execution of customer marketing campaigns.
    • Evaluate existing marketing technology to determine fit for purpose on an ongoing basis and make necessary recommendations to optimize performance and maximize results.
    • Where and when needed, make recommendations to implement new marketing technology (eg, marketing automation, analytics tools, CRM) to better enable business initiatives. 
    • Ensure smooth integration of different platforms to enhance data flow and marketing efficiency.
  • Work with Data Analytics Lead to ensure smooth data collection and processing to support targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
  • Engage internal and external parties to gather insights and understand customer segments to improve marketing technology capabilities leading to sound and engaging communication journeys.
  • Synergize with Campaigns Management Head to identify automation opportunities and system requirements to run campaigns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners of distribution platforms, IT, and other relevant teams, for any enhancement required, and follow through to development and implementation to support cross-sell, acquisition, retention campaigns.
  • Review performance of marketing technology applications and push for full utilization leveraging all available features/capabilities.
  • Lead the implementation of martech development and testing based on Business User requirements.
  • Conduct regular analysis of martech performance metrics
  • Manage relationships with martech vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure commitment to budget forecasts.
  • Perform security, risk, and compliance reviews and implement measures to safeguard marketing data and systems.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Communications or Marketing courses or in any IT-related program
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Technology/ Project Management/ Innovation Project Management
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (writing, proofreading, layout and design; and able to present concepts)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time management
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and can work under minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, MS Powerpoint or Keynote
  • Working knowledge of CMS framework, familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in front-end languages (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS) is an added advantage
