Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end construction project solutions for ADI’s internal customers.
- Drive the delivery of projects primarily at Analog Devices’ sites located around the world, including east coast HQ and key locations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customers, IT, security, and facilities design teams to define requirements, develop programming, schematic designs, space planning, and design development.
- Deliver Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), construction scope of work, RFP, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Lead the management of design/build firms or contractors, guiding the entire project lifecycle from design to completion.
Specific responsibilities will be to take identified need by company management and propose a cost-effective solution. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Developing project charter, and own the initiation phase of the project
- Coordinating with various departments both internally and externally, for comprehensive project planning and effective problem-solving.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of potential sites to ensure they align with the company’s requirements.
- Developing project outline to modify building to meet customer’s needs
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Anticipating potential delays or resource constraints, implementing contingency plans as needed
- Preparation of plans, schedules, cost estimates and establishing a project budget.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, reviewing and approving project expenditures, invoices, and change orders and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
- Develop bid documents and solicit, evaluate, and manage bids.
- Prepare purchase requests, ROI calculations, and executive summaries.
- Preparing and managing construction agreements including master construction agreement and construction project addendums.
- Preparing permit applications and reports as necessary to meet all applicable legal requirements.
- Interfacing with governmental agencies to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Managing contractors and coordinating city inspections ensuring timely completion of work according to specifications
- Providing regular updates and reports on project progress, budgetary status, and any relevant issues or risks.
- Ensuring completion of work on schedule and preparing punch lists.
- Facilitating project close-out activities, including managing as-builts, warranties, and lien releases, to ensure smooth project completion
- Assessing project risk and plan for exposure mitigation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (5-years min.) with a track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
- Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hazardous materials and fire safety systems design and specifications
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while prioritizing quality and safety.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate collaboration with global teams, including evening meetings with the Asia team and early morning meetings with the Europe team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD and familiarity with LEED approaches and international building codes
- Experience in industrial projects, engineering labs and semiconductor fabs.
- Certification in project management (PMP).
- Licensure as an Architect or Civil Engineer in California.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $117,760 to $161,920.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
