Job Summary
Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting as an independent contributor. Also responsible for providing a variety of financial data and maintaining and updating financial models and plans. Reports financial analysis to senior management in support of functional business objectives. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
- Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
- Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
- Maintains statistical/financial databases.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecast to support capital growth
- Oversee and manage the budget for capital growth projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including performance metrics and variance analyses to senior management.
- Partner with Planning and Design on Engineering Review and RFP requirements.
- Manage all Capital Allocation Request and Purchase Orders.
- Create Labor Cost Estimate, Request for Proposals, and bid packages based on design information (design maps, architecture type, Footage Passing Summaries, Bill of Materials)
- Partnering with Supply Chain on material ordering and forecasting.
- Manage payment package process (determine payment amount, verify activated job, confirm QC certification by Business Partner and internal validation).
- Partnering with operational point of contacts to align on production forecast.
- Partner with Region Finance, Government Affairs, Construction Teams for alignment and awareness.
- Partner with Division Government Affairs, Construction Management Operations, Construction Points of Contact, and Business Partners to ensure all Subsidy reporting requirements are being adhered to ensure compliance.
- Point of Contact for Financial matters for capital projects.
- Reconcile material issuance between subsidy and un-subsidized projects.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting requirements are met.
