Position Responsibilities:
Own the strategic Mainland Chinese Visitor (MCV) agency recruitment plan, define target profiles and sourcing channels aligning with sales growth and product‑mix goals
Build a data‑driven recruitment engine, design scorecards and dashboards, campaigns, and packages to maximize business growth
Lead MCV‑segment EVP and outreach, deliver contests and content tailored to Putonghua speakers, maintain consistent value proposition across touchpoints
Standardize selection criteria and onboarding process including assessment standards, compensation frameworks, licensing workflows, and fast‑track onboarding for rapid productivity
Establish the agent development path, coaching routines, activity management and learning pathways to uplift MCV agents’ quality and productivity
Provide structured coaching, intervene on case quality and sales behavior
Establish analytics and market intelligence, deliver insights on recruitment outputs, sales impact and quality
Ensure regulatory compliance and controls across recruitment, onboarding and licensing
Mobilize cross‑functional MCV taskforces and campaigns, align senior management and communicate progress
Prioritize initiatives including budget, tools and events, present recommendations to management and own delivery of agreed outcomes.
Provide strategic oversight and make recommendations to MCV Committee for management decisions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; industry qualifications (e.g., FLMI, CFP) are advantageous
12 years of relevant experience in life/ health insurance industry
Strong background in MCV business and understand the key business drivers
Professional knowledge in business development area with strong sales management capability
Effective presentation and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills in managing internal superiors, peers and team as well as managing external relationships
Strong analytical skills
Flexible and with strategic thinking
