Nanyang Technological University’s Strategic Centre for Research in Privacy-Preserving Technologies & Systems (SCRiPTS) represents a one-stop Centre for knowledge, technologies, and solutions for privacy-preserving problems in Singapore. The candidate will work with the research team to perform scientific research and contribute to industrial and government-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and development of privacy-preserving techniques including but not limited to the field of Verifiable Computation (VC), Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Federated Learning (FL), blockchain, and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

  • Be involved in the implementation of VC and MPC techniques in FL, blockchain, and TEE.

  • Prepare reports and scientific papers.

Job Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, information theory or relevant fields.

  • Proven publication record in top security/cryptography conferences and journals.

  • Proficient with at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Java.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and could deliver under tight schedules.

  • Ability to work independently as well as being an efficient team player.
