Job Description:

Maintain and increase the business of the responsible product through conducting market survey and analysis and designing appropriate marketing plans under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market survey for assigned products in related markets and analyze survey results;
- Develop marketing strategy in assigned market/product area based on the survey results independently;
- Initiate actions to lead projects, link project steps to business strategies and ensure project objectives and deadlines are met;
- Develop promotion plans, monitor the implementation and assess the result;
- Handle none-routine and difficult inquiries of moderate scope and complexity pertaining to products, promotional programs and/or prices, and develop solutions for a variety of complex issues;
- Coordinate with supply chain function to avoid any logistics issues regarding the inventory, goods delivery, etc.;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- 5+ years related working experience in marketing function in related industry;
- Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability;
- Solid problem solving skills;
- Excellent coordination and communication skills;
- Excellent English communication skill both in written and oral;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management is preferred;
- Cross-functional working experience is preferred.
