Duties and Responsibilities
- Call existing members to solicit deposits, deposit extensions and other marketing campaigns as assigned.
- Renews memberships and is responsible for meeting all departmental goals and standards.
- Performs all necessary duties to process membership renewals, upgrades, and reinstatement of delinquent membership duties such as sending out letters, etc.
- Answers questions on all Interval International products and exchanges.
- Meets weekly sales goals based upon assigned campaigns and Incentive program standards.
- Maintains a minimum of 90% performance on call monitoring.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in either, Exchange, Customer Relations, Membership Sales, or equivalent.
- Must possess general knowledge of all departmental procedures and related areas.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to remain calm and courteous in emotionally charged or stressful situations.
- Must possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Must possess excellent sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to organize, set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess the ability to create accurate, error-free work.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must possess a clear speaking voice, and excellent telephone etiquette.
Must have a strong command of the English language. Other languages a plus.
- Must be able to work Overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity (e.g. writing, typing, handling), operation of automated equipment (i.e., computer, printer, copier).
