Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call existing members to solicit deposits, deposit extensions and other marketing campaigns as assigned.
  • Renews memberships and is responsible for meeting all departmental goals and standards.
  • Performs all necessary duties to process membership renewals, upgrades, and reinstatement of delinquent membership duties such as sending out letters, etc.
  • Answers questions on all Interval International products and exchanges.
  • Meets weekly sales goals based upon assigned campaigns and Incentive program standards.
  • Maintains a minimum of 90% performance on call monitoring.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in either, Exchange, Customer Relations, Membership Sales, or equivalent.
  • Must possess general knowledge of all departmental procedures and related areas.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to remain calm and courteous in emotionally charged or stressful situations.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Must possess excellent sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.                                                                                                                                                                          
  • Must be able to organize, set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Must possess the ability to create accurate, error-free work.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Must possess a clear speaking voice, and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Must have a strong command of the English language.  Other languages a plus.

  • Must be able to work Overtime when needed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • Physical Requirements
