Job Description

As the Content localisation Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end process of adapting enterprise content for regional markets by working with localisation vendors and reviewing localised content to ensure quality and brand alignment before content is published. From product pages and sales collateral, this role ensures every piece of content reflects local language nuance, regulatory requirements, and cultural expectations — while maintaining Motorola Solutions’ brand voice, terminology standards, and messaging consistency.

You will work closely with the Content localisation Manager, global content creators, regional marketing teams, product marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, consistently localized assets that accelerate demand and support our global growth strategy.

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations

  • Manage localisation requests of a wide range of materials, including webpages, landing pages, product sheets, case studies, blogs, social media, paid ads, presentations, and video scripts. From receipt of request to overseeing implementation of localised content, whether that’s a webpage in the CMS or an asset to be uploaded to Hubspot

  • Liaise between internal stakeholders and localisation vendor to support translators’ queries

  • Maintain up-to-date style guides, glossaries, and brand standards

  • Ensure technical accuracy when localizing content related to Motorola Solutions’ product portfolio

  • Occasionally review translations and refine them for accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance.

  • Support continuous improvements of localisation processes, templates, and best practices.

  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to capture market-specific nuances, technical requirements, and cultural considerations

Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in content localisation, translation, or global content operations

  • Fluency or C2 level in at least 2 non-English languages

  • Strong command of English with exceptional editing and proofreading skills.

  • Proficiency with a marketing CRM such as HubSpot

  • Familiarity with search engine optimisation tools and Google Analytics

Basic Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Translation, Multilingual Communication or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years localisation project management experience

  • Fluency in at least one non-English language (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Chinese [simplified], Japanese).
