Group Corporate Services (GCS) manages the Procurement, Supplier risk and Property functions for the Group. This includes both retail and commercial portfolios domestically, as well as international support.
In the Procurement space, the team facilitates the commercial negotiations, contract creation and ongoing performance and risk management across our supplier landscape.
For the Group’s property portfolio, we have accountability for the portfolio strategy, space planning, leasing, design, construction, business transition and ongoing facilities management.
Our role is to ensure that change lands effectively, safely, with minimum impact and maximum value for our internal teams and stakeholders across the Group.

In your role
As the Executive Manager, Change for Group Corporate Services you will be leading the GCS Organisational Change Team who partners with the Business Platforms Crew, Procurement and Property teams within GCS to execute on strategic projects.
Here, you will be working closely with various stakeholders in an agile environment taking the lead in planning a comprehensive change management approach to initiatives, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
More specifically, you will
Leading and supporting a team of Senior Change and Change Managers in their capabilities and delivery of the change management portfolio for GCS
Innovating and continuously improving the change strategy and activities commensurately through GCS strategic projects
Effectively delivering change interventions and solutions across functions ensuring outcomes are successfully achieved
Driving the change impact assessments ensuring they are an accurate reflection of the various impacts on the Group, associated people risks and how it will be managed
Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders whilst enhancing the understanding of change and project implementation plan
Transitioning change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress, adoption and sustainability
Leading the team in designing and developing change collateral as required including presentations, training materials, communications and reference material
Designing and implementing business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Established experience in change management roles, preferably within the financial services industry in a risk/regulatory capacity
Demonstrable experience in Supplier Risk / Procurement is advantageous
Strong communication skills working with a range of audiences to create a shared vision - including written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
Strong experience in rolling out systems change including the ability to come up to speed quickly with technical concepts and system functionality.
Change management experience leading large-scale change programs with a focus on Organisational Change
Demonstrable track record of managing and delivering to a change/project plan
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisation and planning ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively
Solid leadership ability and experience with the ability to support team members with their development
Demonstrable track record of resolving complex operational scenarios, problems and challenges
Technical expertise across workflow tools e.g. SharePoint Online, JIRA is advantageous
A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
