Garner Health is looking for a growth marketing leader who will be responsible for increasing enrollment and utilization of Garner’s core employee-facing product. This person will be at the center of Garner’s growth, building the machine and ultimately team to help our members make the most of the Garner platform.
This role will work to optimize our acquisition channels and maximize engagement throughout the user journey. You’ll work closely with the Account Management, Product, and Data teams to drive Garner’s mission. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success.
What you’ll do:
- As the first person to be in this role, you will develop from the ground up and then lead the execution of a comprehensive growth marketing plan to drive member enrollment and engagement by building a world-class and innovative B2B2C engagement machine
- Oversee the design, implementation, and operations of programs that measure the end-to-end experience for Garner’s clients and members.
- Define, develop, and map member lifecycle and user journeys for Garner’s members
- Utilize data and results to optimize engagement based on client and member profiles
- Own the tools (we use Iterable) to set up and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify best performing content and outreach strategies including email, direct mail, social media and landing pages
- Partner with the Data, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and evolve measurement + tracking, in order to gain deeper insight into impact of channels and inform future strategy
