Summary: As an Instructor, you will deliver high-quality training, instruction, or coaching to audiences using a variety of media types. You will provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders. Your typical day will involve conducting engaging training sessions, preparing instructional materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of learners. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse audiences. - Create and update instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. - Provide feedback to learners and key stakeholders to enhance the learning experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Education, Training and Performance Support, Accenture Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional, Accenture Cloud Retail Execution Functional. - Experience in delivering training sessions using various media types. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to assess learner needs and tailor training programs accordingly. - Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Education. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum full-time degree is required.
