Responsibilities:

The Security Analyst will serve as a financial application security administrator for SPGI’s global financial systems.  This includes but not limited to Oracle Fusion, SAP, Ariba, SailPoint, Zuora,  and other database applications.

 Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update or create  security access globally using role-based access.
  • Migration of security framework across multiple instances during development
  • Develop continuous monitoring capability of automated controls using Config Snapshot tool
  • Identify and evaluate segregation of duties violations. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments and other analytical/assessment capabilities
  • Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support internal security projects such as identity management
  • Implement the solution through a structure change management process on various instances (test, development, QA, production)
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date process documentation (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)
  • Perform access audits monthly, quarterly and biannually to comply with internal control standards

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing ERP application security.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, SailPoint, Ariba, ServiceNow, Zuora, and other database applications preferred.
  • Experience with ITGC controls will be preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to cope with steep learning curves, and work under pressure. 
  • High degree of accuracy; understanding of contributions to the overall end to end process; possess a global perspective of how functions impact the company as a whole.
  • Must be assertive to follow up on resolving issues; ability to multi-task in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Must be able to work independently, be accountable for processes/tasks performed, and understand when an issue should be elevated to management.  
  • Must be amenable to work in midshaft.
