Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to make molecules to decarbonize our world! Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. 

Electric Hydrogen has opened our first factory in Devens, MA. We are looking for an HR Site Leader, who can help us get our people efforts for the site up to speed. You will be based in Devens, MA with the expectation that you will also spend time in our Natick, MA office. Exact amount of time to be determined. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide communication between employee and management to answer questions regarding company policies, and regulations
  • Partner with management to assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrate understanding of business cycle and industry trends and how they influence our priorities and organizational dynamics
  • Provide daily performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct objective investigations
  • Conduct onboarding, new hire orientation and off-boarding
  • Responsible for the employee handbook and any people-related policies; remain knowledgeable of current and new employment laws and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis of our workforce and skill needs, and design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs
  • Work directly with the local and State communities, including schools, colleges, associations, and others
  • Play a necessary change management role in our transformation by strengthening a culture of growth and progress
  • Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and leadership to support diversity, equity, including and belonging efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of related human resources experience
  • HR Certification
  • Experience in manufacturing, and high growth corporate environments
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as employment investigation, relocation, talent development, performance management, compensation, benefits, recruiting and training

$119,000$145,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
