This role is part of our Operations Department, responsible for making sure that our Driver Supply matches our Rider Demand. Poland-wide, we have Driver Fleet Owners who employ dozens/hundreds of drivers (or even thousands, in case of large entities). This role would be responsible for acquiring new Driver Fleet Partners, help with settlements and maintaining relationships with current partners, all while cooperating with Area Managers and our Central Teams on how to improve Fleet performance, processes, and so on.


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Owning Drivers availability on FREENOW platform including developing acquisition channels, optimising onboarding funnel & their lifetime value
  • Being accountable for establishing strong relationships with Key fleet partners, which will require cross-channel communication (face-to-face, digital, etc.), support and advisory
  • Monitoring the KPIs of our Supply (Driver) Base & Key Accounts, identify performance changes and investigate the root causes
  • Working on Financial and Non-Financial Incentives for our Key Account partners, which might require collaboration with central teams and 3rd parties
  • Aligning with relevant stakeholders and work together on actions to improve Key Account performance and introduction of Product improvements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • At least 2 years of total work experience, preferably in Operations, Consulting, Start-up, Business Development, Business Tech or other Ops management roles
  • Data-driven and detail-focussed, able to identify trends and patterns in data, and independently develop growth initiatives
  • Self-starter with proactive attitude and getting things done approach
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally (the role involves working with Product, Tech, and other supporting central teams)
  • Able to influence and communicate with teams outside of your direct line, not afraid to smoothly work around hierarchies or reporting lines in order to achieve goals
  • Fluent Polish and at least upper-intermediate English skills, both verbal and written
