What We'll Bring:

The QA Automation position will be responsible to assess our capabilities and current architecture to help us drive the implementation of improvement to become “best in class.” This role will also be heavily involved in QA Automation methodologies, project facilitation, multi-platform application design, systems design, requirements/interface design & analysis, estimating, tracking, and change management.

What You'll Bring:

• Passion for building “best-in-class” applications
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Developer or similar role
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and implementation approaches for addressing business requirements.
• Review code for defects and quality against technical documents and standard practices.
• Understanding and hands on experience in Core Java, Selenium based Automation, Rest and GRPC service automation.
• Focused on improving our software delivery pipeline as we move down the CI/CD path
• Working closely with onsite and home office teams
• Act as internal subject matter expert for the platform we support.
• Working within a team of engineers that plans, designs, and develops customer software in an agile environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Impact You'll Make:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a software development profession, including experience in technical architecture, application development, database management or operations.
• 4+ years of Java experience.
• Experience with Spring framework (preferred), high volume and high concurrency applications
• Past experiences with development tools such as Git, Artifactory, Maven, Jenkins, Confluence, SonarQube, etc
• Experience working in a Linux-based environment, including shell scripting.
• Experience in AWS and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with NoSQL data stores, especially Cassandra, HBase, or MapR DB, a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Java concepts and object modeling in a Linux environment and databases
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Play a hands-on role in the development process including design, development and support of the applications
• Experience navigating large complex applications
• Solid knowledge of Object Oriented design principles
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
