CACI is seeking a cleared Infrastructure/Systems Administration Manager who will manage a team of IT system administrators supporting the Distributed Ground System (DGS) Accounts Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and management guidance to the team as they provide support to the Air Force client.
  • Organize and motivate other administrator's to effectively resolve problems and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Support day-to-day operational support provisioning accounts with Quest One Identity products.
  • Coordinate and troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common account problems and determine root cause.
  • Manage the maintenance and operations of the information technology computer systems within the weapon system.
  • Work closely with management and client to ensure the appropriate account permissions are provisioned.
  • Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues.
  • Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology.
  • Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
  • Update and document configuration management and troubleshoot any reported problems.
  • Collaborate with the security team on system upgrades and issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and 2 personnel.


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 –7 years equivalent experience.
  • Security+ CE Certification.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Server 2019, Microsoft Windows 10, Linux, VMware, Data Center Storage Management, Active Directory.


Desired:

  • SharePoint experience.
  • SailPoint experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
