The Information Security team has the herculean task of assuring that customers can safely shop with

peace of mind knowing their data and information will be safe and secure. What you'll do:

The InfoSec Architecture team delivers world class solutions that balance the needs of Walmart business and security.  Working cross functionally, you will be engaged daily with architecture, design, industry standard adoption, research, and capability road mapping.  

• Ownership of the InfoSec Capability Roadmap program   
• Partnering with business and product stakeholders to solve challenging business problems and identify trends and opportunities.
• Defining and evaluating key performance metrics for major initiatives.
• Developing data visualizations to monitor and quantify the impact of initiatives and unique business challenges.
• Collaborating with architecture, engineering, portfolio, and product teams to gather and process information from various sources.
• Working effectively cross-functionally and communicating data and insights to leadership team.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science with 12-16yrs experience in related technical field

• Architect role – hands on exp. in development, build the architecture, refinement from the architecture .
• Exp in development – any programming language – Java, Golang, Python. Good exp. in system design in any of the product

• You have strong exploratory data analysis skills and the ability to make analytical, data driven recommendations and solutions. 

• You are passionate about the many ways data can drive positive outcomes for customers/members and associates.  

• You have Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and can build strong cross-functional relationships. 

• You are comfortable with shifting priorities in fast moving environment. 

• Participation, education and tracking of Global Tech Everyday Engineering Excellence (EDEE) program within InfoSec
• Creation, maintenance, education, and adoption of InfoSec architecture standards and templates
• Direct architecture & high-level design involvement with key InfoSec and GlobalTech programs and projects
• InfoSec Product & Services Assessment process

Minimum Qualifications...
