Associate Director - Client Relations - Transfer Agent – Hyderabad / Pune – 10+ Years (India Night Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager to join our Transfer Agent (TA) team. This role is essential in aligning our functional group or department with Global TA business objectives to drive a positive customer experience and protect the best interests of FIS and its clients. The Manager will help develop and execute strategic and operational plans, provide direction in business solutions, and drive change adoption and acceptance.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide input to division objectives, set departmental goals, ensure necessary resources are in place and drive change to align efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead projects of substantive scope and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage short to mid-term objectives.
  • Lead the department to create a positive customer experience, make service and operations decisions and ensure accountability for service metrics.
  • Promote a culture of risk management, compliance, continuous improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance service quality and productivity.
  • Ensure the delivery of key SLAs in the servicing organization.
  • Collaborate with peers and business partners to identify and address shared business opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and develop relationships to achieve business objectives and drive improvements.
  • Model core values, foster a culture of openness and engagement, and lead with a global mindset.
  • Provide developmental opportunities, coach and mentor talent, and recognize exemplary performance.
  • Share expertise and best practices to contribute to the overall betterment of the enterprise.
  • Identify skillsets required to achieve business objectives, address skillset gaps, and prepare the workforce to meet service goals.
  • Support talent management processes and ensure the department is appropriately staffed.
  • Contribute to financial planning and business goals, ensuring targets are met within the established financial framework.
  • Communicate business and financial decisions effectively.

What you bring:

  • Should have a total of 10+ years of experience with Banking with Transfer Agency.
  • Minimum 4+ years of management experience in the TA, with a proven track record of strong performance and leadership. 
  • Requires a thorough understanding of TA functions, CO processes, key metrics and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve diverse business problems.
  • Good understanding on managing client servicing and handle escalations effectively.
  • Good experience on driving strategic initiatives, leading a talented team, fostering strong relationships and driving innovation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in Night Shifts (IST).
  • Should be collaborative and supportive with the team members
