Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Asset Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Asset Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Asset Management and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Asset Management. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP Asset Management solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP Project Systems. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. - Strong understanding of SAP Asset Management best practices and standards. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Asset Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
