To support our team, we are currently looking for a:


Capital Markets and Banking/ Regulatory Associate

Key Responsibilities and Challenges

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial law;
  • Assist clients on complex advisory mandates/ finance transactions involving numerous participants and jurisdictions;
  • Drafting and negotiating finance documentation, demonstrating familiarity with the latest trends, precedents and market standards;
  • Providing sound commercial and legal advice to clients;
  • Contributing know-how and experience to the team;
  • Liaise with leading institutions and colleagues across other jurisdictions.

What we are looking for:

Qualification

  • European qualified lawyer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Regulatory Matters. You will also have a range of experience in Capital Markets, Banking and/or other finance-related law.
  • Outstanding academic qualifications.

Skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French, German would be an asset.
  • Exceptional networking skills;
  • Organisational skills;
  • Ability to communicate assertively when under pressure;
  • Ability to influence using appropriate techniques.
