About you and this role

We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Technology Associates, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Global Technology Implementation: Actively contribute to the implementation of the Global Technology Plan by applying Most Effective Technology (MET), participating in identification, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving.

• Data Analysis Expertise: Utilize standard global tools for modeling and statistical analysis to provide essential data insights. Contribute to the development of global process technology strategies and communicate technological knowledge effectively.
   
• Process Support: Serve as the go-to contact for process support within the Technology Center, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Standardization Advocacy: Work towards standardization of MET by collaborating with higher-level technology SMEs. Assist in defining and maintaining MET, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
   
• Competitive Analysis: Support the identification of gaps and deficiencies in technology, participating in competitive Subject Matter Experts and Value-Based Management (VBM) analysis.
   
• Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture of continuous learning, understanding and utilizing process modeling tools, and actively participating in the Management of Change (MOC) process.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
