Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior/graduate Actuary to join our team. This role will primarily focus on supporting our insurance programs and Managing General Agents (MGAs) analytics. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, pricing, and maintaining insurance products while providing key insights through data analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring actuary to grow their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, pricing, and maintenance of insurance programs.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the creation and maintenance of actuarial and analytics models.
Collaborate with underwriters, claims analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective program management.
Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Assist in the development of new insurance products and modifications to existing products.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Passing grades on at least two actuarial exams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desired experience working in Python.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of insurance principles, particularly in the P&C sector.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or other technical degrees
Demonstrated success in the Casualty Actuarial Society exam process

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
