What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to source passive talent through market research, designing Boolean search strings, and crafting messages that resonate with talent in the marketplace.
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience leveraging data to drive conversations with leaders.
  • Ability to drive effective communication with hiring managers and business leaders in regards to market insights, candidate progression and recruiting strategy.
  • Experience engaging and recruiting professionals.

Preferred Skills:

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your development in:

  • Experience in recruiting for Financial Services, FinTech, adtech/martech, or SAAS.
  • Experience working with Workday and Phenom People.
  • Exposure to DEIB recruitment strategies and topics.
  • Familiarity with sales commission and compensation structures.
  • Experience advising and influencing Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders on recruiting best practices, including but not limited to talent sourcing, interviewing, inclusive recruitment, and offer recommendations.

Impact You'll Make:

TransUnion has an amazing opportunity for a talent recruiter looking to make an impact. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to attract top talent by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
  • Sourcing passive talent through market research, designing Boolean search strings, and crafting messages that resonate with talent in the marketplace.
  • Interviewing and identifying top talent to present to hiring managers.
  • Presenting offers and closing requisitions within SLAs.
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Developing key relationships with business leaders across TransUnion and collaborating with business partners to drive TransUnion Talent initiatives forward.
  • Managing searches for talent from the Job Posting to Offer stages, providing guidance to Executive Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers.
  • Proactively pipeline talent for anticipated open roles.
  • Designing recruitment strategies that are forward-thinking, tangible, and tied to TransUnion’s enterprise-wide goals, bringing market intelligence to the table when consulting leadership on talent needs to promote the talent strategy.
  • Providing recommendations to Hiring Managers to ensure they consider an inclusive slate of candidates for every search.
  • Advising and ensuring Hiring Managers and Interviewers follow best practices and remain compliant throughout the recruitment process

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
