About This Opportunity

The Associate Director, Enterprise Applications leads the delivery of critical enterprise applications that support the University's core operations.  You will oversee the management, operation, and continuous improvement of these applications across various departments, including student, finance, human resources, and more.

About You

You should have extensive experience in managing enterprise applications, ideally gained within a university environment, including leading IT teams effectively. A comprehensive understanding of IT strategic and business requirements, with strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and influencing beyond direct reporting lines. A proven track record in delivering large-scale projects, supported by high-quality documentation skills, including business cases and project plans. Strong analytical abilities are required to simplify complex information and collaborate effectively to resolve issues.
