Analog Devices is continuing to grow the software, systems, and services capabilities to support customer projects on scale. The Customer Applications Engineering role is key to this initiative and will be responsible for customer productivity for commercial technical support engagements. The Customer Applications Engineering team will work with customers, internal applications, and design teams globally and across internal teams to get questions answered for commercial support customers in a timely manner. The Customer Applications Engineer will ensure customer productivity by understanding the customer, their environment & project objectives/timelines and will be one of a small number of ADI personnel to interact directly with the customer related to their support needs. The metrics for success for this role will be customer retention contract renewal, customer productivity (as measured by an independent survey) and adherence to or modification of ADI internal systems to have a sustained world-class support experience for ADI commercial support customers.
