Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

As a member of Enterprise Technology Solutions Claim Architecture team, you will be joining a strategic and collaborative team that is passionate about transforming our business and technology capabilities and paving the way for best-in-class solutions.
As a Sr. Architect ServiceNow CSM/FSO supporting Claim, you will collaborate with senior Technology and Business leaders and apply your knowledge of modern technology to influence and innovate solutions that impact the business. In this role we will look to you to:
• Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) / Financial Services Operation (FSO) solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices.
• Oversee the configuration of ServiceNow CSM/FSO modules to meet specific business needs, including workflows, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to guide requirements, define project scope, explain ServiceNow capabilities and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, and implementing enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.

What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with Claim and technology leadership to develop architecture priorities and direction to enable business imperatives.
- Advocate for modern architecture principles and technology modernization.
- Drive continuous technology transformation to reduce technical debt.
- Partner with engineering to align skills with technology direction and execute proof of technologies.
- Analyze industry and technology trends to leverage advancements.
- Lead and define technology proof of concepts to validate architecture solutions.
- Engage in hands-on prototyping of new technology solutions.
- Define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.
- Align IT initiatives with the target state architecture.
- Communicate architectural direction and its alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Optimize talent strategy to ensure appropriate balance of resources.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the architecture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent with 6+ years in technology architecture and implementation, especially in ServiceNow CSM.
ServiceNow Expertise:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform, architecture, and best practices.
- Skilled in optimizing Claim workflows using ServiceNow CSM/FSO.
- Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., Reged, Office, Legacy) using integration hub and APIs/Events.
- Strong data modeling, migration, and integration skills.
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
Technical Skills:
- Performance tuning and optimization for ServiceNow CSM/FSO.
- Experience with large-scale technology platforms and cloud data technologies.
- Deep experience with AWS, APIs, accelerators, and DevSecOps.
- Cloud Architecture Certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or strong cloud architecture experience.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Experience in technology modernization, including cloud-native migration and API strategy.
- Good understanding of security.
- Experience in agile operating models and insurance technology.

What is a Must Have?
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience.
- Six years of experience in enterprise, application, and/or information architecture within a line of business or enterprise area.
